1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GoldLine AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including business account holders and their customers.

2. Description of Service

GoldLine AI provides an AI-powered phone answering and appointment booking platform for businesses. The Service includes:

• AI voice agents that handle inbound phone calls on your behalf
• Automatic booking detection and appointment creation from call transcripts
• Integration with third-party services including Google Calendar and CRM systems
• A dashboard for managing agents, bookings, and call records
• Webhook and API integrations for business automation

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You may not share your account with others or create accounts for unauthorized purposes.

4. Subscription and Billing

GoldLine AI offers subscription plans billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Plan details, pricing, and included minutes are described on our pricing page.

• Trial Period: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial ends.
• Overage: Usage exceeding your plan's included minutes is billed at the applicable overage rate.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Make or receive calls in violation of telemarketing laws (TCPA, GDPR, etc.)
• Impersonate individuals or entities in a deceptive manner
• Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose

You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI voice agents complies with all applicable disclosure laws in your jurisdiction, including informing callers they are speaking with an AI system where required.

6. Call Recording and AI Processing

By using GoldLine AI, you acknowledge and agree that inbound calls handled by your AI agents may be recorded and transcribed for the purpose of booking detection and service delivery. You are solely responsible for providing any required call recording disclosures to your callers in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google Calendar, CRM systems, Twilio, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to those providers' own terms of service. GoldLine AI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services. You authorize GoldLine AI to interact with connected services on your behalf as directed by your configuration.

8. Intellectual Property

GoldLine AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GoldLine AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data, call records, and bookings. You grant GoldLine AI a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GoldLine AI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated bookings will be 100% accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming bookings created by the AI.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldLine AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to GoldLine AI in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
