• Operate and provide the GoldLine AI service, including AI call handling and appointment booking
• Process and transcribe inbound phone calls using your configured AI agents
• Create and manage bookings on your behalf
• Sync booking data to connected third-party services (Google Calendar, CRM) at your direction

4. Google Calendar Integration

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, GoldLine AI will use Google OAuth 2.0 to access your calendar with your explicit consent. We use this access solely to create calendar events for confirmed bookings. We do not read, modify, or delete existing calendar events. Your Google OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only for this purpose. You may disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from your Settings page.

GoldLine AI's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service Providers: Twilio (telephony), Google (AI and calendar), Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payments), and Firebase (infrastructure). These providers process data only as necessary to deliver services.
• Third-Party Integrations: CRM systems and calendar services you explicitly connect to your account.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of users.

6. Data Retention

We retain call records and transcripts for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Booking data is retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure token storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
